Our Bands never fail to get audiences on their feet with their energetic versions of classic songs from the genres of funk, rhythm & blues, disco, Motown and rock n’ roll. A typical set, which can run for over 100 minutes, includes "I Wish" (Stevie Wonder), "I Feel Good" (James Brown), "Respect" (Aretha Franklin), "I Will Survive" (Gloria Gaynor), "Get Down On It" (Kool and the Gang) and "Shining Star" (Earth, Wind & Fire). Our dynamic dance bands also plays other musical styles including swing, jazz, reggae and ballads. Unlike most dance bands, Our Dance Bands actually put on a show that offers audiences the chance to participate in the fun.
Beginning with tightly-choreographed dance moves on the stage, the show’s infectious energy invariably spreads onto the dance floor with vocalists leading dances, crazy conga & soul train lines, and horn players performing solos while spinning on their backs! Our Dance Bands are hands down the best funk & soul dance bands in the Nation.

The Motown Sounds & More Tribute Show is a Big Easy Entertainment production. Backed by a live band, the muscial review will guide the viewer through the history of Motown, highlighting a wide variety of Top-10 Hits from the 1960's. Noting that the three key elements of a successful group were the music, the choreography, and the costumes, Motown Sounds has them all! Synchronized moves, beaded gowns, flashy suits, and the music you know and love that reminisces a simpler time, This show was written and created not only from a deep love of Motown: the music, the meaning, and the opportunity it gave young talent, but also as a testament to the legacy of the Motown Movement. Just as Berry Gordy discovered, molded, and promoted the talent he found in Detroit in the 1960's, Big Easy Entertainment has a similar goal along the Wasatch Back and surrounding Cities.
Berry Gordy's mission was to bring forth the talent in others and let it be heard. Motown Sounds, a Big Easy Entertainment Production aims to do the same.
